Using our wide range of machinery and facilities, we are able to provide a one stop shop for many projects which may otherwise require the services of several companies. This benefits you the customer; saving time by eliminating collaborating with different companies; also helping to reduce the possibility of errors.

Due to our geographical location here in the south-west of England, labour rates are lower than most parts of the U.K. and enables us to work very competitively with regard to price.

Utilising overnight 9 a.m. courier services, your valuable parts can reach you just as quickly as your usual supplier when time is of the essence. In our 7,500 sq ft workshop facility we are able to offer the following machining, metal fabrication and finishing out services including C.A.D. design work:

Machining Services

• C.N.C. milling (1 metre table).
• C.N.C. turning (250mm diameter).
• Manual turning machines.
• Manual milling machines.
• Centre Lathe turning to 30” diameter.
• Surface grinding.
• Fly presswork.
• Small, hardening / stress relieving oven.

Fabrication Services

• Mig welding.
• Plate rolling to 12mm thick x 1.8m wide.
• Plate metal folding to 6mm thick by 1.5 m wide.

Finishing Services

• Wet paint spraying.
• In house chemi-black process.
• Fitting and final assembly work.

Using the above equipment enables us to perform, prototype and one off work. Small to medium batch components, manufacture jigs and fixtures. Machine both ferrous and non-ferrous materials and plastics.
