 POWEROLL 5
is the baby of the Poweroll range. This multi-purpose sports
field roller has been
designed to incorporate industry standard components, which,
have been tried and trusted over many years. It can be used
on lawn tennis, clay courts, golf courses, newly laid
cricket pitches and for compaction of turfs on newly laid
lawns. Designed to do
the work of a heavy manual roller; but with less effort and
far higher productivity. Unlike most small rollers on the
market, the Poweroll 5 is fitted with a fabricated and
machined roller. Most small grass roller machines have a 3mm
rolled steel plate roller. Poweroll 5 uses steel tube with a
1/2in. (12.7m.m.) wall thickness. Being machined after
fabrication guarantees that the rolling surface will not
have flat spots or the roller to be egg shaped, helping the
operator to achieve the best possible results. The ride-on
option provides a cost effective method to double
productivity and increase operator comfort. A ride-on option
with a split 70” rolling width for winter pitches is
available. |

| SPECIFICATIONS • Hydrostatic drive with 1 lever control. • Water ballasted roller(s), option of 2ft or 2ft 6in. rolling width. • Pedestrian machine has a rear stabilizer roller for operator comfort and ease of use. • Powered by a Honda G.X.120 petrol engine. (G.X.160 on ride-on). • Height adjustable handle, with vertical storage/ transportation position. • Fabricated and machined roller with radiused edges to produce the finest results. • Thick walled tube is used for roller (1/2”) - will not dent if the roller strikes a hard object. • Roller is machined concentric to axle for optimum results, and the scraper bar works! • Safety engine cut out if both hands are removed from the handle of pedestrian model. • Optional rear roller with seat to double the rolling effectiveness and added comfort. • Net weight: 225kg. Gross weight: 305kg. Up to 600kg. Ride-on option (more if required). |

Operator comfort always has a high priority with Poweroll so we do not use foot pegs or steering levers as controls. The Poweroll 5 ride-on is fitted with a steering wheel, footplate and the same comfortable seat used on the entire Poweroll range. This roller has been used with superb results on brand new wickets where a traditional heavy machine may have been considered too heavy and on clay tennis courts.
